9. Send down your roots into God’s strength. He will supply what is needed when times are hard. Look at the promises each of these proverbs holds for those whose root is righteous:

PONDER & PRAY

Have you had the kind of week that leaves you throwing your head back, screaming, “It’s too hard!”? Then tell the Lord so! He listens with a patience unknown to mankind. Pour it all out to Him, but then ask the Lord to make this a growing time for you. Stretch your roots a little deeper into His strength. Stretch your faith a little further than it was willing to go before. Pray for the willingness to persevere.
